Access4All Disability Services works alongside NDIS participants, families and support networks to deliver respectful, practical support.
Our approach
We listen first. Support is shaped around each participant’s goals, preferences, culture, communication and right to make choices.
What you can expect
- Clear communication and agreed expectations.
- Respect for privacy, dignity and independence.
- Participant choice and control.
- Regular opportunities to provide feedback.

Safety, workforce and service standards
- Worker screening and onboarding: support workers complete the required screening and training checks during onboarding before they are assigned to participants.
- Participant-specific preparation: where a participant has specific support conditions, preferences or routines that must be understood, buddy shifts may be arranged to support a safe introduction, continuity, trust and a positive working relationship with new staff.
- Incident management: Access4All has an incident manager and established escalation arrangements for concerns arising during service delivery.
- Insurance: the organisation maintains insurance relevant to its operations. Evidence can be provided to participants or authorised referrers when reasonably requested.
- Service agreements and cancellations: service scope, responsibilities, prices and the applicable minimum cancellation window are documented in the participant’s service agreement to protect both participants and workers.
- Registration evidence: Access4All is a registered NDIS provider. Registration evidence and relevant scope information can be supplied directly when requested; the registration number is not published on this website. You can also verify Access4All on the official NDIS Commission provider register.
